Their existing system was mostly manual and it was taking a lot of time to collect the needed information. The system in place was not supportive enough for their growing business.

They had lot of partners who help them with the necessary data but the communication was not in real time and there was always delay in getting the data. Most of the vendors of background verification company had systems to provide the data. There was a need for an application that addresses the issues and simplifies the entire background screening process

Emergency contact Management

eSafeAlert is a solution targeting every age group of people for managing their emergency contacts and alerting them in case of emergencies. The objective is to develop a cloud based solution that shall provide an interface for the company and its stakeholders (customers, sponsors, fundraisers) to access and utilize the services provided by the company.

The solution completely automating their process of collecting customer details and their Emergency contact details. Provided login details to every customer who subscribes and option provided to manage their subscriptions and Emergency contacts. Based on the subscription, the customer allowed to setup his/her family and friends. So, they can also get the service Option provided to send emergency notification.

e-Ration Card System

CTC issue food and Fodder Items to their citizens from CTC Stores and Its authorized stores that are functioning in different location of the country. The information of the distribution is recorded manually through written documents. Food items to CTC stores are received from supplier by raising Tender, and supplier details are recorded by the CTC.

CTC also records the schedule and availability of these items from the suppliers. CTC also records inventory related transactions, Tender transactions, Dealer transactions and Citizen transactions. CTC also issues vouchers to Citizens, Dealers and Government bodies

Warehouse Data Collection

The objective of the Warehouse Data Collection (WDC) solution is to capture the movement of goods coming in and going out of a warehouse. The application is to use Barcode and Barcode Terminals to automate the process within the warehouse.

The Barcode terminals are to be used to scan the barcode and capture the relevant data at the point of receiving / issuing. The captured data is then to be updated in the back end application. The various master data which is used at the point of scanning is to be generated from the back end application and integrated.

Inventory management system

The purpose of this application is to track the inventory movement in warehouses. The solution should be barcode powered and mobility driven. Manage the masters in a desktop PC and the same has to be synced to the Mobile Hand Held Terminals (HHT). The PC solution should be enabled with Label designing, Label printing and report generation features.

Binning And Collection System

Client is the leading auto dealership company in the UAE. Well stocked Parts Sales Centers are one amongst the spectrum of services offered by the client to its prestigious customers. Client handles its Stocked Parts sales by a computerized ERP system deployed centrally and well connected to its locations across the country.

A customized solution was developed and implemented which had a Hand Held Terminal (HHT) based Binning and collection System’. The solution provided eased the Binning and collection process handled at warehouses across the country. The system also customized the Stock Taking module. The product was integrated with their existing ERP and also developed a seamless communication process between the DRP and the Binning System to transfer the needed data automatically.

The objective was to extend the existing mobile app of security assessment company by adding the Security Assessment module to the same. The app was natively developed for Android and Apple OS. The modules as used in the web application were carefully analyzed and were replicated in the Mobile Apps with better and user friendly screen layout and designs.

All the existing services were rewritten to have a performance gain and to meet the current system requirement. The architecture was reengineered and allowed the user to use the app in more than one mobile with a restriction to a single device sign in at any given point of time. This gives a better flexibility to the user by not restricting him to a single mobile device. The app was designed and developed to cater to any of the available Mobile screen sizes and resolution.

Buyer and Seller Estimate App

Partnered with an Insurance company to develop an app that can help in calculating closing cost which include Title Premium Rates, Mortgage Payments, and Buyer Cost Estimates & Seller Net Estimates. The app was developed targeting mobile phones as well as ipads. It was natively developed using Android and IOS to get the fullest utilization of the respective frameworks.

The data from backend system which records the master information was synchronized to the mobile devices thru service calls and similarly the data from the device was sent back to the server using the similar set of services. The App was released with preloaded closing cost calculations by county with the real estate professional in mind by allowing them to quickly generate calculations from their iPhone, iPad and Android when they are on the go. It also allows the user to email/save calculations for easy access at any time and to easily send to clients.

e-Gate and Drainage Management

This application automates the Sewage Drainage process starting from the Tanker Entry at the gate thru disposal of the Sewage till the tanker exiting the facility. Trucks from various parts of the city carry the sewage to the drainage Facility to dump the waste. The facility has limited drainage tanks, thus limiting the same number of trucks to use at a given point of time.

The trucks are charged by the Municipality based of the load/amount of sewage. Each truck will have prepaid account with municipality and balance will be deducted based on the load/amount of sewage. The vehicles running out of balance will not be allowed into dumping premises and had to have their balance reloaded. The trucks then need to wait in queue for their turn to have the sewage drained. Once completed, they shall be moving out of the dump yard.

RF Based Asset Tracking

Developed an RF Based Asset Tracking System on a secured environment to provide an end to end solution in tracking the asset movements and also to quickly find out the location of any given asset at any given time. The Agency shoulders the responsibility of providing security to the Royal family of a country.

It uses various expensive equipment’s / Assets (Radios, Walkie- Talkie, etc) in carrying out their services and would like to track such assets using RFID technology. The system logs and maintains the inventory and also the asset movement. It also tracks down the assets that are under service with an estimated time of return. The system is tightly integrated with the RF Readers which tracks the movement of the devices and also alerts when assets are moved to places where they are not intended to.
